WildExodus launches Glamping in Northen Ontario's
Wilderness
The product - A luxury wilderness trip. The experience - A great Canadian
pioneering adventure
This is responsible travel to natural areas which conserves the
environment and improves the welfare of local people. It will enlighten
participants with the heritage and socioeconomic fabric of this Canadian
Province.
A rich and natural setting is chosen on or close to the shores of an Arctic
watershed river, and work begins to provide guests with an authentic
‘pioneer camp’ that will be the base from which to explore regional
historic development. Its aboriginal beginnings through its fur trade days
and more recent water, mineral and forest management activities.
Canoeing is the primary mode of transportation, but you don't have to do
any of the paddling, the meals will be locally authentic but you don't have
to cook them and they will be served, and your evening wine is chilled!
Camping is for overnight accommodations; however the amenities are
well above standard. A well appointed dining area and lounge are
provided, as are sleeping quarters with fluffy mattresses and quality
linens. A Boreal Forest guru (wildlife expert) and a certified wilderness
professional will co-guide this adventure to ensure guests’ complete safety
and confort.
Glamping with WildExodus is a genuine, nature-based, cultural and
learning experience; wilderness exploration espousing to the principals of
responsible travel and ecotourism. The adventure will provide potent
memories, it is a premier quality tourism product that is uniquely
identifiable and offers a high level of service. This experience provides
multi-day canoe rides from an adventure camp, sleeping in a tepee or a
prospector's tent, climbing a beaver dam or tracking a moose, and other
outdoor activities that will make leisure time meaningful. While floating
on historic canoe routes used by Hudson Bay Company traders to
electronically capture encounters with wildlife in their natural habitat,
guests will also learn how a the beaver and a company gave birth to our
nation. In this tour, guests will be pampered and afforded the opportunity
to truly interact with nature. Rekindling of kinships and a strengthening of
bonds with those in your company is what can be expected from this
experience.
